Terms & Conditions

  1. That the tenant/PG should have valid ID-proof, Address Proof.
  2. Minimum stay of 3 months required, else 15 days security will get forefited and remaining will be refundable.
  3. Complete 30 days written notice is required before vacating PG(s), else entire security stands forefited.
  4. Complete refund of security will be done from respective owner of premises. Entire payment of Rent and Security gets forwarded to respective owner/manager of the premises after deduction of certain comission. Cripa Pgs stands with no liability.
